Dear Sailors
Many things have changed in Haderslev before this season, and we are very pleased to welcome you to Haderslev Sejl-club – HSC – with the beautiful red club housing and placed in first place at the harbour next to X-Yachts.
Haderslev has always been a nice destination with a lot of possibilities around the Yacht area. Even though that inlet of Haderslev is very long, it is also the most beautiful inlet in Denmark and when sailing to Haderslev, one should take the time to anchor and enjoy the view, and we do in fact have a lot of places for anchoring.
On the north side of the harbour some of the old silos were removed and new apartments were built.
If you have been here before you will hardly recognise the surroundings. The bridges have been maintained. Further the berths have been marked with length and width, which means that you are able to find your place in first try. The electric facilities have been maintained and we have also made new grill places, so that you can enjoy the beautiful Danish summer evenings in nice surroundings around the grill.
However the biggest renewal is our club housing. Until the annual general meeting at the end of year 2007 the house was used as a restaurant but those present unanimously decided that the house in the future should be used as a club housing, not only for the use of members but also for our quest sailors. You rent a chip at the harbour master or his helpers, to a price of DKK 100,00 which will be repaid when you leave the harbour. You will get access to the premises where you have the best view of the harbour. Here you can sit and e.g. enjoy your meal, drink a cup of coffee or just a glass of wine and you are welcome to buy, to a cheap price, bear or soft drinks from our slot machines
We have made some new nice grill places wherefore it is natural that it is not allowed to grill on the terrace and on the gangways.
On the east side of the club housing you will find the sanitary facilities which you are welcome to use free of charge.

The harbour master or his helpers will collect harbour dues each day. But you can also use the envelopes which are placed at the entrance to the toilet facilities and thereby do not have to be on your boat during the collection period.
